PREHEAT OVEN

Preheat oven to 300*F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roughly, chop the nuts and add to a bowl of sunflower seeds. Mix. 

MIX

Add the vanilla, almond butter, coconut oil, and honey to a microwave safe container and microwave in 30 second bursts until melted, whisk until smooth.

ADD TO NUTS

Next, add the melted honey mixture, salt, and cinnamon to the chopped nuts. Toss until everything is well coated and combined. 

SPREAD IN LAYER

Next, spread the granola mixture into an even layer onto the prepared baking sheet. 

BAKE

Bake the granola for 15 to 20 minutes making sure to stir every five minutes to prevent burning. 

Enjoy!

Remove the granola from the oven and cool before serving.
