Healthy Tofu Chocolate Mousse

This healthy chocolate mouse is 100% raw, natural, gluten-free, vegan and totally delicious! Plus, for this sugar-free chocolate mousse, you don’t need any added sugar! The natural sweetness from the banana, plus a touch of maple syrup is all you need.

ingredients

Place the soft tofu, bananas, tahini, cocoa powder, and maple syrup into a blender. Blend the tofu mixture until smooth. A large food processor will also work.

BLEND INGREDIENTS:

Spoon the chocolate tofu mousse into individual cups or ramekins.

TRANSFER MOUSSE:

Refrigerate for around 3 hours, or overnight. Top with a few dark chocolate shavings, fresh raspberries, or coconut whipped cream, and enjoy!
