How to make Healthy Flapjacks with Fruit, Nuts and Seeds

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and vegan butter/coconut oil into a medium pot over medium/low heat. Stir until smooth and combined.

In a separate bowl mix together all of the rest of the ingredients: oats, flax, dates, bananas, apples, through seeds.

Add the dry ingredients to the pot and stir to combine.

Pour the mixture into an 8×8 baking dish lined with parchment paper and press down so it’s even. The bars should be about ½ inch thick.

Bake for 15 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
