Use a frozen banana or some ice cubes. Place milk, coffee, pumpkin purée, yogurt, banana, nut butter, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds... (Next page). 

Combine Ingredients

Cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, spinach, ice cubes, and maple syrup in a blender.

Blend

Blend the ingredients on high until smooth.

Serve

Pour into glass or bowl and enjoy immediately. If desired, top with more seeds, coconut flakes, sliced fruit or garnish of choice. Can cover and store in refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
