Ingredients

In a medium mixing bowl, add the flour, whole grain cornmeal baking powder & salt. Whisk until combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, lemon juice, honey, eggs & oil till combined.

Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture & stir until the batter is smooth.

Transfer the cornbread batter to the prepared pan. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.

Let the cornbread cool for a few minutes before transferring it to a cooling rack, cutting & serving!

👉 Do not overmix the cornbread batter or the cornrbead will be rubbery.
