Healthy Copycat Taco Bell Mexican Pizza
For one pizza, you'll need: 1/3 cup refried beans, 1/4 cup Mexican shredded cheese, 1 whole wheat tortilla, 1/8 cup diced red onion, 1 roma tomato, 1/2 red bell pepper, salsa, & guacamole.
Crisp up tortilla in the oven at 350°F for 10 mins. You can make more than one at a time.
Heat up beans in a small pot on low heat, then str in the taco seasoning. Keep heating until you smell the taco seasoning.
Spread the beans on the tortilla, then top with the veggies. If you want it to be a bit more hearty, add more beans.
Top with cheese. Heat in the oven or toaster oven for 2-3 minutes until cheese has melted.
Topwith your favorite salsa and or guacamole. ENJOY!
