Gooey Cinnamon Rolls
Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a bowl, combine the milk, oil, egg, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, sugar, and yeast.
Add the flour and stir until incorporated.
Knead for 3 mins until you have an elastic & smooth dough. Cover with a cloth and let it rise for 45 mins.
Gently punch the dough and transfer to a floured surface. With the help of a rolling pin, roll out the dough until you have a 16×12 inch rectangle.
Spread melted butter on top.
Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon, and pumpkin spice.
Roll the dough into a log.
Cut the log into 12 rolls using a sharp serrated knife. Transfer to a baking dish and cover again. Let them rise for 30 minutes.
Bake for 35 mins until the filling is bubbling and the rolls seem firm. Let cool for 10-15 mins before serving.
