Cook Pasta: Add macaroni to a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, and cook as directed on the packaging. Drain and pour into a large bowl.

Whisk Dressing: In a separate bowl, combine your mayo, milk, and sugar and stir or whisk until smooth and creamy.


Combine: Gently fold your mayo mixture into your pasta mixture, being sure to evenly coat everything.
