Place dry ingredients and wet ingredients into a high speed blender and blend, scrape down the side and blend again until smooth.

Blend Ingredients:


When the waffle iron is hot, brush with oil or lightly spray with cooking spray. Pour the batter into the preheated waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer’s directions.

Prep Waffle Iron, Pour Waffle Batter:


When cooked through with a slight golden brown top, remove and transfer to serving plates. Repeat with remaining batter.

Repeat & Serve:


Batter can be made ahead of time and stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
