Gluten Free Bread Recipe

Place dry yeast, inulin or maple syrup, almond flour, flaxseed meal, psyllium husk, baking powder, salt, 1 egg, 3 egg whites, vinegar, melted ghee, and sour cream in a bowl.


Beat at med speed for 5 mins. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.

Transfer the dough to the lined baking pan. With the spatula, even out the top.

Cover with cloth and allow to rise for one hour. In the meantime, preheat oven to 350°F.

Bake the bread for 45-50 minutes or until done.

Allow the bread to cool before slicing.
