How to make Gluten Free Bread


Add all dry ingredients into a large bowl and whisk together well.


Add remaining wet ingredients and mix well with a rubber spatula.


Cover with plastic wrap and let the gluten-free bread dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes to 1 hour to double in size.


When the dough has doubled in size, scrape the dough from the bowl and place it onto the prepared baking sheet.


Shape into a round mound and sprinkle with topping.
