DRY INGREDIENTS

Add gf flour, dried yeast, baking powder, sugar, ground chia seeds, and salt into a large bowl and whisk together well. 

COMBINE INGREDIENTS

Add the apple cider vinegar, warm water, and oil– mix well. You can use your hand to mix, or an electric mixer on low speed.

COVER

Cover with plastic wrap and let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes to 1 hour to double in size. Preheat the oven to 350F / 170C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

REMOVE DOUGH

When the dough has doubled in size, remove from the bowl straight onto the prepared baking tray. 

SESAME SEEDS

Shape into a round mound and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

BAKE BREAD

Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until dough is cooked through.

COOL AND SERVE

When cooked, allow to cool completely on a cooling rack before cutting and serving.
