This spinach makes this smoothie bright green in color, but all the added fruit makes it naturally sweet, while the banana adds creaminess.
– Red grapes
– Pineapple chunks
– Fuji apple
How to make Fruit and Vegetable Smoothie
Put all ingredients into your blender (or Vitamix if you have one) and secure the lid.
Turn your blender on to it’s lowest speed setting, and slowly increase the speed to high. Blend for 1 minute or until all of the ingredients have been pureed.
Serve cold and enjoy! It’s a smoothie with the consistency of a milkshake that you can feel great about drinking.
