Fluffy Vegan Waffles

Fluffy gluten free vegan waffles are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and taste just like traditional waffles!

Made with just a few simple ingredients, this easy recipe comes together in minutes and is perfect for the whole family.

INGREDIENTS

PREP:

Combine soy milk and vinegar and preheat waffle maker. In a large mixing bowl mix together the soy milk and apple cider vinegar, stir and set aside.

COMBINE DRY INGREDIENTS:

Whisk together the flour, baking powder and coconut sugar in a large bowl.

COMBINE WET INGREDIENTS:

In a separate small bowl whisk together the milk mixture, vanilla extract and melted vegan butter.

COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS:

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix to form a batter.

GREASE WAFFLE IRON, ADD BATTER:

If not using a non stick waffle iron spray with spray oil or nonstick spray. Pour batter into waffle iron – scoop ¼ cup of batter and pour into the center of the waffle iron.
