Add the ground flaxseeds and cinnamon into a mixing bowl and whisk to combine.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, up to overnight / 24 hours to set.

Refrigerate:

When set, remove from the fridge, stir and serve with desired toppings. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
