Quick And Easy: All you have to do is blend all the ingredients together in your blender and food processor and you have yourself a tasty, creamy guacamole alternative.
Add yogurt, lime juice, garlic, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, green onions, kosher salt, black, pepper and olive oil to the food processor. Process to combine.
Add remaining ingredients (edamame beans) and process into a paste, stopping to scrape down the sides as necessary. This should take less than a minute.
Add more salt and pepper if needed, to taste.
Top with a drizzle of olive oil if desired and serve immediately. Alternatively, refrigerate it to chill it a bit more before serving.
