First, mix the almond milk, cornstarch, sugar, coconut oil, salt, and turmeric into a saucepan. Whisk well. Bring saucepan over medium heat and whisk occasionally. 

ADD VANILLA

Once the pudding starts to bubble, steam for one to two minutes. Add the vanilla extract and mix well. 

COOL

Transfer the pudding to ramekins or containers and allow it to cool. Place in the refrigerator for at least an hour to thicken.
