Preheat the oven to 338 degrees F or 170 degrees C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper, set aside. Combine both flours, baking powder, and sugar in a large bowl.

In a separate bowl, combine the coconut yogurt, almond milk, vanilla, and oil.

Stir the wet ingredients into the dry until well combined. If the mixture is too dry, add a little bit more almond milk.

Scoop out about ½ teaspoon of the donut dough and roll into a small ball. Repeat with remaining dough. Place six of the dough balls into a circle shape on the sheet pan.

Coconut sugar can be used instead of white sugar.
