Preheat the oven to 338 degrees F or 170 degrees C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper, set aside. Combine both flours, baking powder, and sugar in a large bowl.
Scoop out about ½ teaspoon of the donut dough and roll into a small ball. Repeat with remaining dough. Place six of the dough balls into a circle shape on the sheet pan.
