Easy Instant Pot Vegetarian Chili

Step 1

Turn your instant pot to the sauté function. Add peppers, onion, and garlic.

Step 2

Add everything else into the pot. Pressure cook for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Let it natural release for 5 minutes, and quick release the rest of the pressure. 

Step 4

Serve warm with any toppings you like.
