Heat oven temperature to 356 degrees F / 180 C. Position oven rack in the center of the oven. In a small bowl, whisk all the dry ingredients together until well combined.

Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 2-3 minutes until the dough is smooth.
