Easy Breakfast Cookies
A healthy breakfast cookie packed with nutrients and totally delicious!
6 tbsp whole wheat flour
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
Ingredients:
1/4 cup bran cereal
1/8 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup liquid egg whites
1/2 cup oats
raisins and cranberries
1/3 cup ground peaches

Step 1
Chop raisins and cranberries.
Step 2
Combine dry ingredients.
Step 3
Combine wet ingredients.
Step 4
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.
Step 5
Fold in raisins and cranberries.
Step 6
Spoon batter into 4 evenly sized round mounds. Bake for 12-14 minutes at 375 F.
