Prepare The Jicama:

Peel the outer skin of the raw jicama with a vegetable peeler or paring knife. Cut jicama into thin slices.

Boil The Jicama:

Bring a pot of water to boil and cook the jicama for 10 minutes until it begins to soften. Remove from the water and place the raw jicama paleo fries on a baking sheet.

Season The Jicama:

Toss the slices in a large bowl with the seasonings, drizzle with olive oil and then place jicama slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket or trays.

Air Fry Jicama Fries:

First, place the keto fries in the air fryer. Then air-fry at 390 degrees F, flipping over halfway through. This will make sure they get crispy and golden brown on all sides.

Make sure to shake or flip these low-carb fries halfway through the cooking time. This allows the fries to get crispy all over.
