Chop the pickles and capers, measure out the salt and pepper, prepare the vegan mayo, cut and juice the lemon, and dice the fresh dill.

Once everything is prepared, whisk it all together or use a food processor to make it smooth.

Fresh dill is best to use however dried dill can be used as a substitute if fresh isn’t available.
