The secret to these cookies is a boxed red velvet cake mix, which turns the classic cake into a delightful, bite-sized treat.
Preheat the oven to a temperature of 360 degrees F/180 degrees C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set it aside for later use. Combine all your ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Stir the cake mix cookie dough, by hand, until well combined. You could also use a stand mixer but it’s not necessary if you don’t have one!
Use an ice cream scoop or a cookie scoop to form tablespoon-sized mounds of cookie dough balls to add onto your prepared baking sheet.
Place your cookie sheet in the oven and bake your cookies for about 10 minutes. After baking, remove your cookies from the oven and allow them to cool on a wire rack.
