How to make Eggless Brownies
Spray Baking Pan:
First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with a couple sheets of parchment paper, and grease with nonstick cooking spray.
While the oven preheats, melt the coconut oil and chocolate. I like to melt the chocolate in the microwave to make it quick and easy.
Mix Wet Ingredients & Sugar:
Use a stand mixer or an electric hand mixer to beat the sugar, applesauce, flax eggs and vanilla until the mixture is thick and creamy.
Add the melted chocolate to the sugar mixture and stir to combine for about a minute.
Add Dry Ingredients:
Add the all-purpose flour and salt to the mixture and mix until just combined. No need to overmix or it will change the texture.
