Ingredients

How to make Eggless Brownies

01

Spray Baking Pan: First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with a couple sheets of parchment paper, and grease with nonstick cooking spray.

02

Melt Chocolate: While the oven preheats, melt the coconut oil and chocolate. I like to melt the chocolate in the microwave to make it quick and easy.

03

Mix Wet Ingredients & Sugar: Use a stand mixer or an electric hand mixer to beat the sugar, applesauce, flax eggs and vanilla until the mixture is thick and creamy.

04

Add Chocolate: Add the melted chocolate to the sugar mixture and stir to combine for about a minute.

05

Add Dry Ingredients: Add the all-purpose flour and salt to the mixture and mix until just combined. No need to overmix or it will change the texture.
