Warm your pita bread rounds in a toaster oven or in a pan over low heat and chop your veggies.


Reduce heat, stir, cover and cook on a low heat for 10-15 minutes or until the water has been absorbed and the rice is soft.

Add Your Favorite Toppings:

Top with 1/4 cup of cheese, or less depending on how much cheese you like.

Heat the pizzas in a toaster oven until the cheese melts. Alternatively, place pizzas on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, and heat under a broiler.
