Preheat your oven to 300 degrees F / 150 C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Chop your nuts, add them to a mixing bowl with the oats and sunflower seeds.
Combine the vanilla, almond butter, coconut oil, and honey in a microwave safe container. Microwave the mixture in 30 second.
