Prepare your potatoes

With a little drizzle of olive oil. Sprinkle with minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, and half of your parmesan cheese. Toss until each fry is thoroughly coated in your spice mixture.

Coat your fries

your seasoned fries to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and spread into a single layer.

Transfer

your truffle parm fries in a 400°F / 200°C oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.

Bake

To cut the potato into fries place the potato on side and cut side down into thin slices. Then cut slices into fries.
