Ingredients

How to make Mochi Donuts

01

Preheat Oven & Combine Dry Ingredients: Preheat the oven to 338 degrees F or 170 degrees C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper, set aside. Combine both flours, baking powder, and sugar in a large bowl.

02

Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, combine the coconut yogurt, almond milk, vanilla, and oil.

03

Mix Together: Stir the wet ingredients into the dry until well combined. If the mixture is too dry, add a little bit more almond milk.

04

Roll Dough & Shape Donuts: Scoop out about ½ teaspoon of the donut dough and roll into a small ball. Repeat with remaining dough. Place six of the dough balls into a circle shape on the sheet pan.

05

Bake Donuts: Place the sheet pan in the oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the donuts are lightly golden.
