These easy air fryer buffalo cauliflower wings are coated in a whole wheat batter, then baked until crispy, and coated in a spicy buffalo sauce.
It’s not too spicy, but still has a nice kick! When paired with a low-fat ranch dressing, you’ve got all the flavors of the wings you love with healthy ingredients!
Cut cauliflower into small florets. Set aside in a large bowl.
In a large mixing bowl combine flour, paprika, garlic and onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Add the buffalo sauce and soy or almond milk to the flour mixture. Whisk to form a smooth batter.
In a small bowl, add the cauliflower florets one at a time, and mix them through the batter.
Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil cooking spray. Lift the florets out of the batter and allow them to drain before placing them into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
