Creamy No Bake Chocolate Cheesecake

Place cupcake liners into a muffin tin and gently spray with nonstick cooking oil. This will prevent the cheesecakes from sticking to the liners.

Line Muffin Tin:

Mix together the graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter.

Make the Crust:

Pack about 2 tablespoons of graham cracker cookie mixture into the bottom of each cupcake liner for a thick crust.

Pack into Liners:

In a separate bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer with the paddle attachment, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and softened butter on high speed.

Make the Filling:

Slowly add the melted chocolate mixture to the cream cheese mixture and mix on medium speed. Once the chocolate is mixed in, fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.

Use a high quality dark chocolate bar instead of regular chocolate chips for this recipe – it’ll taste better and will have a deeper chocolate flavor.
