Ingredients

Drop the purple yam extract into the bottom of a tall glass. Fill the glass with ice cubes

Pour in the cold almond milk & stir until well combined.

Stir in Almond Milk

Combine the sugar with the hot espresso, then top the  Ube mixture with it!

Top with Espresso

Serve & enjoy this refreshing, creamy latte!
