Healthy Chocolate Banana Ice Cream
First, place the frozen banana chunks in a blender or food processor. Blend until you have course crumbs.
Add the yogurt & blend 1-2 mins or until the mixture is smooth. Add the chocolate & walnuts & pulse a few times until incorporated. Add any mix-ins you like as well at this point.
Serve immediately, or place in the freezer for 30-60 minutes for an ice cream that is a bit firmer.
