Cheesy Baked Asparagus

PREHEAT

Preheat oven to 400°F. Wash and chop 2 pounds asparagus. Discard the bottom portions.

TRANSFER TO DISH

Place the trimmed asparagus in a 9x13 baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. 

POUR CREAM

Pour the milk evenly over the asparagus. Add the mozzarella and parmesan. 

BAKE

Bake the cheesy asparagus for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Remove from oven.
