Add all ingredients including the 2 tbsp of aquafaba to a high-speed blender or food processor and blend for 2-3 minutes.

Scrape down the sides of the food processor and blend again until smooth.

Add water to achieve your desired consistency, if needed. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
