In a small mixing bowl mix the flaxseed and water, set aside for 5 minutes to allow it to become a gel like substance.
In the large mixing bowl of a stand mixer, combine the flours, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, yeast, sugar, and salt.
Add the remaining ingredients and beat until smooth yet sticky.
Transfer the batter to a pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle the seeds, cover, then allow to double in size in a warm place.
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes. The bread is ready when it sounds hollow when tapped
Let the bread cool completely before cutting into thin slices.
