First, reheat the beans over medium heat. Next, add the taco seasoning to the beans.

COOK BELL PEPPERS

Next, heat the bell peppers and corn over medium heat.

ADD SEASONING

Next, add taco seasoning to the bell peppers. Let everything simmer for 10 minutes until a rich sauce forms. Then, heat the tortillas in the microwave or skillet.

ASSEMBLE

Finally, assemble the fajitas. Spread bean mixture on one side of the tortilla, top with the bell pepper/corn mixture, salsa, & one tablespoon each of cheese, guacamole, and sour cream or Greek yogurt.
