How to make Almond Milk Pancakes 


Blend Ingredients: There’s no need to combine the wet ingredients separate from the dry ingredients. Just dump all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth!


Let Pancake Batter Rest: Let the batter rest for 10 minutes. This allows the baking powder to work its magic.


Cook Pancakes: Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and cook until small bubbles appear. The bottoms should be golden brown.


Flip Pancakes: Flip and cook for 3 to 4 more minutes, until the cakes are cooked through. Repeat until all the batter is gone.
