In a large mixing bowl whisk together white bread flour and salt. Set aside.
In a small bowl, combine water, yeast, and olive oil. Whisk to dissolve and pour it into the flour mixture.
Stir the ingredients well to combine. Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead with your hands until the dough is smooth, or for about 3-5 minutes.
Spray a big bowl with olive oil cooking spray and place the dough into the bowl. Cover with a kitchen towel. Allow the dough to rest for 1- 1 ½ hours in a warm place until doubled in size.
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F / 200 C. Transfer pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface and flatten it into a rectangular shape.
