How to make Air Fryer Jicama Fries


Prepare the Jicama: Peel the outer skin of the raw jicama with a vegetable peeler or paring knife. Cut jicama into thin slices.


Boil the Jicama: Bring a pot of water to boil and cook the jicama for 10 minutes until it begins to soften. Remove from the water and place the jicama on a paper towel lined plate or baking sheet.


Season the Jicama: Toss the slices in a large bowl with the seasonings, drizzle with olive oil and then place jicama slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket or trays (if possible).


Cook the Jicama: First, place the keto fries in the air fryer. Then air-fry at 390 degrees F, flipping over halfway through. This will make sure they get crispy and golden brown on all sides.


Sprinkle with fresh herbs, and salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm!
