Air Fryer Smashed Potatoes

These delicious garlicky air fryer smashed potatoes are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and are packed with flavor! They take less than an hour to make, and turn out perfectly every time.

Wash the potatoes before adding to a pot of cold water. Bring the potatoes to a boil and cook for 10-15 minutes or until they are tender. Remove the cooked potatoes from the heat and drain.

Boil Potatoes:

Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F / 200 C. Use the bottom of a glass, or a large fork, or a potato masher to gently smash the potatoes.

Smash Potatoes:

Place the smashed potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and set aside.

Set Aside:

In a small bowl mix together the oil, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper.
