Vegan Tartar Sauce

This homemade vegan tartar sauce is a delicious twist on the traditional tartar sauce.

It's a creamy condiment that has a classic flavor that’s hard to resist.

INGREDIENTS

Prepare The Ingredients:

Chop the pickles and capers, measure out the salt and pepper, prepare the vegan mayo, cut and juice the lemon, and dice the fresh dill.

Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Whisk it all together or use a food processor to make it smooth.

Combine Ingredients:

Adjust Consistency:

If the sauce is too thick, add a little water until your desired consistency is obtained.

Don’t forget to do a taste test and adjust the seasoning to your liking.

Season To Taste & Rest Before Serving:

Allow the sauce to sit, covered, in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
