Vegan Peach Cobbler

This easy peach cobbler recipe is the perfect way to use whole peaches from the farmers’ market too.

The whole family will love this homemade peach cobbler. Serve this perfect dessert either warm or cold for an easy dessert you will totally fall in love with!

INGREDIENTS

PREP PEACHES:

First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Next, place the sliced or drained sliced peaches in a baking dish. Combine peaches with sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon. Stir to combine the ingredients and set aside.

MAKE THE COBBLER TOPPING:

Next, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Add the softened butter and mix to combine. Add the almond milk and blend until the dough mixture is thick.

Drop biscuit topping on top of the peaches.

BAKE:

Bake this low calorie peach cobbler for 50 minutes, until the top is golden brown. Serve warm or cold with a scoop of vegan vanilla ice cream or whipped coconut cream if desired.
