Line a loaf pan with baking paper. Set aside.

In the large mixing bowl of a stand mixer, combine the flours, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, yeast, sugar, and salt.
Add the remaining ingredients and beat until smooth yet sticky.
Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and spread evenly with a wet spatula. Water will prevent the dough from sticking to the spatula. Sprinkle the seeds on top, cover, then allow it to double in size in a warm place.
