What does it mean to be a PickyEater?
When people think of being a “picky eater,” they think of the little kid who doesn’t want to eat anything except ice cream for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
But being a PickyEater can be something very different: It can be something positive that helps you transform your way to a healthier, happier life.
This is what it means to be a PickyEater:

Complete agree with this Anjali! 🙂 Small changes, simple recipes and avoid the guilt when you indulge – great ethos!
Thank you so much Tom! That’s exactly right! 🙂
I absolutely love your blog and can totally relate to your story and philosophy! Thanks for sharing your stories and all the great recipes!
Thanks so much!! It’s so great to meet you — I can’t wait to hear how my recipes turn out for you!
I just love this. Totally can relate to your views…simple straight forward easy to follow. All about balance and treating your body kindly…food isn’t just to eat. It is a pleasure and more importantly to nourish your body. We are what we eat. I don’t believe in completely eliminating really anything from your diet, just keep it in proper moderation. And what goes hand in hand with what you eat…staying active!! Love your blog, keep it up girl 😉
Yes!! Absolutely 🙂 Everything in moderation is totally my mantra. I’m so glad it resonates with you! Thanks so much for your kind words Kelly — stay healthy and well!
I love the philosophy!! I have realized recently that when I “fall off of the wagon” that doesn’t mean the journey and goal of being a very healthy eater is over but I can get right back up and try again. 🙂
I love your blog!
Aw thank you so much Autumn!! I’m so glad my philosophy resonates with you 🙂 And yes!! Just because you go a little overboard one day doesn’t mean that you can’t still be healthy all of the other days of the week/month/year!
Hi! I just wanted to say I love your blog and all your recipes seem very delicious! I need to try them! I was wondering if you could answer some of my questions about losing weight and looking more fit and healthy.
Hi Bella! Thank you so much! 🙂 I would be more than happy to answer any questions you have about losing weight — I’ll send you an email and we can take it from there! Thanks again!
I totally agree with you. Today, people eat junk food that undermines their health.
Thanks Aleksandar! Honestly for me it’s not that simple – yes, junk food does undermine health in general. But a bit of “junk food” (e.g. dessert) here or there isn’t a huge deal if you are eating whole foods, unprocessed foods, and tons of fruits & veggies 90% of the time! 🙂
